I just thought I would write this to let any of you who are planning to drive to Dragoncon or driving around Atlanta. The cops there want to add a surcharge of 10-15 dollars per ticket. This is to pay for the cost of the gas for the police cars.

I don't have a link to this because I heard it on Foxnews this morning. This is not law yet, but you never know if they will pass it before the con.
