The cops there want to add a surcharge of 10-15 dollars per ticket. This is to pay for the cost of the gas for the police cars.<br /><br />I don't have a link to this because I heard it on Foxnews this morning. This is not law yet, but you never know if they will pass it before the con.<br /><br />Just thought I would pass this on.</p>
